			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>CMC Graphic Design Program Coordinator, Brian Tinker, will be attending <em>American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA) Design Educator&#8217;s Conference</em> October 8–10. This bi-annual meeting of graphic design educators from  across the country is always a valuable experience. Emerging trends,  developing methods, and best practices are explored in intensive  workshops. This conference&#8217;s theme is, “Designer 2015: the future of  design”. It addresses the changing expectations for the practice of  design and how graphic design educators can best prepare students to  meet these expectations.</p>
